we Got this Post From Tech ALG and And They Have Said that CM12s Will Be launched Before 30th . This Means May Be 28th or 29 March can be the Date. Lets See What Happens. 
As Cyanogen has an agreement with Microamx Yu , That states that Cyanogen will only provides update to YU Yureka in India .
But finally OcnePlus director Carl Pei , has said that Cm12s Update is rolling for Indian users and iffit will be updated via OTA ( Over the air ) update .
